No specific goal, just cruising along look for nice locations to get a beautiful shot. And I am just getting back into the mood to play around in Photoshop in the past couple of month, which I really fell off of for the years before that. Anyway, hope you enjoy these and yes, it’s been a while I shot and posted these on Instagram… shame on me, but I am catching up now! Promise!
It continues. more tk.
With the wonderful Franzi. I have had this idea in my head and I still need to work on it a bit until I get closer to the full idea though. I really like the outcome of this though. Love the idea of the brush-strokes on skins, when different textures, colors and so on. Funny enough last year I shot something similar to this too, which I will post soon-ish here, too. So keep an eye on the Blog.
Just some more photos and vignettes from my last Tokyo trip. Enjoy!
More of Franzi! I normally don’t do a lot of editing outside of Lightroom and I hate beauty retouching beyond some very basic stuff, but sometimes it’s just fun to play around with Photoshop and test the limits of Lightroom and so on. Hope you enjoy these as much as I do.
Hello there. Let’s continue with last years Tokyo photo eh?! Enjoy!
From a series of sets with the wonderful Franzi. peace out.
Hello stranger. I know it’s been a while. It has been a tumultuous year. I will soon write a bit about it, but I can’t right now. It had been two years since my last visit to Tokyo, this time it was for work and it was glorious even-though we had some hurdles. I will elaborate on that too another time. For now enjoy this part of many as an homage, a love letter of mine to Tokyo.
The Observatory must be one of my favourite places on the planet. If I had one wish to choose a place to live, this might be it. Overlooking the vast expanse of Los Angeles, the wonderful Architecture and Griffith Park surrounding it. So here are two older and one new photo from my most recent trip to LA. The two old ones I reedited, as I really did not like the the old editing anymore. Also, as you might have seen, you only see LA and not the Observatory, but it was shot from there. So ok, a couple of…
Taking this best from LA to Vegas and back was so much fun. Such a cool car. I wish we had more time with it, but the time we had I think we used well. and going to Lake Mead and get a couple of shots after or before visiting Hoover Dam. The weather didn’t really give me the mood I was looking for that day, so black and white was the best option I felt. Well still feel. High Contrast, not really interested in showing too much detail besides the car. Even though it is there. This was shot…
Shot with these lights before with Dina and while shooting with Olga we just switched over to the mirror in our hallway. Et voila…
Yup, this is a WIMB video. I had some technical difficulties with exporting it, somehow something was corrupted within the project file. Ah well, I will experiment with the next WIMB videos though, this lends itself to playing around more. As I mention in the Video, this is the bare minimum for about 95% of my shoots that I normally take with me, which doesn’t mean I use all of it, or only that, but this comes with me most of the time either way. Here a list of everything in the video plus a couple of extras I didn’t…
While on vacation in Las Vegas, end of last year, we finally took the chance and visited the Neon Museum. One of those must visit tourist destinations. We were a bit unlucky with the weather, and not only that day, but I will go back the next time I am in the area for sure. As with many Museums and landmarks like that a lot depends on your guide that takes you around and gives you all teh facts and personal tidbits, but I am sure here everyone is into the subject matter more than enough. The experience there also…
Yes yes, I’m trying to be a bit funny here. Shooting with Olga was a blast and I think it shows. I am a bit busy with some personal stuff at the moment that really takes most of my energy, but the creative juices, as they say, are flowing and that process luckily helps to clear the head in between and to move forward. The goal for this year still is to shoot more. More personal and more client work. Hope you are all well and can enjoy your weekend. Teymur
One of those days with Mr. Heldth.
End of last year I had the great pleasure of finally meeting and working with Olga Maria Kaminska. We shot a couple of beautiful sets. All shot in my “home studio”, as far as you can call it that at the moment. Hair and Makeup by the talented Katarzyna Jeziorowski. 😀 Fun times, even more fun results. Minimum to none retouching on all of them. Just don’t feel like it anymore. I hope you like them as much as I do. First set just coming up. more tk. kind regards, Teymur.
I was playing around in Photoshop a bit and trying some stuff and remembered I had these photos lying in last years Lightroom library. One thing added to the other and bandaning badabum we have a nice LoFi (80s/VHS) effect.
I really need to posts this quicker than this. Hope you like these as much as I do. A spontaneous set in an unplanned location. Planning is everything as they say, but a surprise here and there can’t hurt either.
If you remember me and my buddies Johannes and Fabian spend two days down in Stuttgart at the Porsche Museum and had the unique opportunity to get in the so called “Holy Halls” of Porsche a special feature. I have the video embedded below. It is in german though, still worth a watch for some stuff you certainly have never seen before. As for the panoramic shots of the Porsches, the location just inspired the whole thing to be honest. Also there are a lot more photos coming soon! I promise. Enjoy for now and say safe everyone. Teymur.
So just a couple of weeks after the last production for Mercedes-Benz in the south of France we went back last week for another round. This time we left the Airbus Helicopter out, but added a Formula 1 race-car and two Formula 1 drivers. Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg. I will be writing a more elaborate behind the scenes post soon for this production, so I am going to keep it short in this one. Same team as the last time, plus our camera assistant Lars Brauer, who rocked big time and was brought along by theblackdrone team. As before…
